Trip information and inquiries
The site provides general information about Legend Lodge, fishing trips, lodging, pricing and availability. Sending an inquiry does not create a reservation or require Legend Lodge to accept a booking. A reservation is confirmed only through direct communication with Legend Lodge and completion of any applicable booking, deposit or payment requirements.
Dates, availability, prices, transportation, fishing conditions, package details and other trip information may change. Legend Lodge will confirm the details that apply to a proposed booking before it is finalized.
Separate booking terms
These website terms do not replace any booking, deposit, cancellation, travel, safety, waiver or other terms provided for a specific trip. If separate terms are provided during booking, those terms govern the reservation they cover.
Acceptable use
You may use the site to learn about Legend Lodge and make legitimate inquiries. Do not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false or unlawful information, or use its content in a way that violates another person's rights.
Website content
Unless otherwise indicated, the text, photographs, graphics, branding and other original materials on this site belong to Legend Lodge or are used with permission. You may view and share links to the site for personal, noncommercial purposes. Other copying, republication or commercial use requires permission from the applicable rights holder.
